1. Customers who purchase selected WD Storage Solutions (“Qualifying Product”) between 5th April 2017 and 6th May 2017 (“Promotional Period”) from CurrysPCWorld either on-line or in store, are eligible to claim a cashback reward (the “Promotion”).
  2. Reward values and Qualifying Products can be found at www.wdpromotions.com.
  3. This Promotion is open to businesses and/or individuals in the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), the Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man who purchase a new (not used, pre-owned or refurbished) Qualifying Product from CurrysPCWorld during the Promotional Period. This offer is not open to employees of WD their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retailers, participating reseller or anyone connected with the promotion. Claims must be submitted by the Customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
  4. WD Products purchased by Customers as part of a volume discount purchase opportunity or program shall not be considered as Qualifying Products, and therefore shall not qualify under the Promotion.
  5. Claims must be submitted between calendar day 30 and calendar day 60 from the date of purchase (date of purchase counts as day 1). Customers need to complete an online claim form which includes uploading a copy of your proof of purchase. When you complete a claim form, you will be assigned a unique Claim ID.
  6. Customers may participate in this Promotion up to a maximum of three times during the Promotional Period providing a qualifying purchase has been made in each instance.
  7. Only CurrysPCWorld invoices and receipts will be accepted as proof of purchase. The purchase price of the Promotional Product purchased must be clearly indicated as paid. If a participant fails to provide a valid proof of purchase and/or the claim has not been submitted correctly, the participant will be notified via email and text and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within 14 calendar days otherwise the claim shall be marked as invalid.
  8. Claims will be checked for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a bona fide purchase of a Qualifying Product. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to you within 3 calendar days via email. If your claim is successful it will be validated for payment, payment will be processed via bank transfer within 14 calendar days. Payments are made in your local currency, and the Sponsor is not liable for any charges made by the recipient’s bank account.
  9. The Sponsor will be collecting personal data (in accordance with its privacy policy) in order to conduct the Promotion. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.wdpromotions.com[privacypolicy ]. Sponsor shall also share information it collects with the Promoter which the Promoter will use solely for purposes of conducting this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, entrants hereby agree (i) to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy and (ii) to allow Sponsor to provide the Promoter with such information for purposes of conducting this Promotion. If you are located outside the United States, please note that your personal information may be transferred, stored and processed within the United States. The data protection laws in the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By entering this Promotion, you are consenting to the transfer of your personal information to facilities located in the United States and other facility locations selected by Sponsor or the Promoter.
  10. The Sponsor reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions. Any decision as to whether a claim qualifies or not shall be determined by the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s decision is final.
  11. The Sponsor shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity and other relevant details of a participant.
  12. Neither CurrysPCWorld, the Promoter, nor Sponsor is responsible for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind which prevents the Customer from participating in the Promotion.
  13. Your entitlement to the Cashback Reward is invalidated if you return the item(s) to the Qualifying Reseller for a refund/exchange.
